How easy is it to install Kitenzo on my store?

It’s super easy! Just hit “Add App” on the Shopify app store and take it from there. Once it’s installed, there’s lots of super helpful documentation to get you selling more right away. (And if you need an extra hand, just book a one-to-one onboarding call with us!)

How do I integrate bundles into my store?

Your bundle will not be visible on your storefront until you integrate it into your store. You can do this by adding the product bundle to a collection using tags (manual or automatic) or using the product bundle URL.

Does Kitenzo update my inventory?

Yes. Kitenzo will update your inventory. It will update automatically if you are using Shopify inventory management and if you are using a third party inventory provider. There is a simple checkbox for you to enable, depending on which is applicable to your store.

How do I see how successful my bundles are?

We have an Orders dashnboard to show you all your bundle order data. This includes a graph to show your bundles sold, plus revenue generated, which you can toggle to various date periods.

Real-time data for your total sales, total number of bundles sold, and your best selling bundle. Plus a list of your best selling individual products.

And you can export all your bundle order data into a CSV and customise the fields to get the data that you want.
